Job description
Our growing company needs a reliable, organised Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent customer communication skills.
Assistant responsibilities
- Answer four-line phone system and direct calls as required
- Build and maintain a customer call list
- Take orders & Process them over the phone & E-mail
- Promote and sell products for extra work incentives
- Maintain filing and storage systems in the office
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
Skills/Qualifications
- Good Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manor
- Being able to be Self-motivated and work well within a team
Full training of our in-house computer system will be given to the successful candidate. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
