Job description
Our client, an award winning, family run multi-disciplined building services company is currently seeking an administrator for their gas and boiler install contract. The role will be based in their Cambridge office to join a team of 12. (CB4 area)
Key attributes for the role include having a positive and flexible attitude to work and the desire to learn and be keen and willing to help with any task given.
Although no formal qualifications are required the suitable candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and have good general IT skills.
Experience of working in an office environment is preferred.
Duties include -
General office assistance
Scanning and filing
Taking calls from tenants and booking in surveys and installations
Updating programmes, collating KPI data and uploading all documentation to both internal and clients IT sytems.
Hours – 8am to 5pm (30 min unpaid break) Monday to Friday.
Leave – 20 days + bank holidays
