We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Operations team!
The Details...
You will be involved in a broad range of administrative tasks including coordinating corporate travel, organising employee parties and other duties below!
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assisting employees with their corporate travel via our online travel booking portal and leading all aspects of Company travel bookings
- Assisting with the organisation on the bi-annual & corporate staff parties
- Answering general calls, adhering to GDPR
- H & S bookings - safety specs, fire marshal and first aid courses, following up with certificates and appropriate office records
- Cycle to work scheme for employees
- Covering reception duties when needed;
- Credit card reconciliations via online system for the admin & purchasing cards
- Scheduling meetings, booking rooms + hospitality
- Raising purchase orders and ordering business cards
- Any other duties as might be required within the remit and responsibilities of the post.
What We're Looking For...
We'll expect you to have a background in administrative and office work with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and an eye for detail. You are customer focused and are a great communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
You know your way around Microsoft office, can work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure and enjoy using your initiative to aid decision making. In addition, you understand the importance of taking a confidential approach.
This role will suit someone interested in working for a fast-paced global organisation who enjoys interacting and engaging with their customer base as well as being an active and collaborative team member.
