As an Administrative Assistant, you will be required to work closely with our Office staff to perform tasks and duties that support our team, including:
- Recruit new staff
- Responding via email
- Inputting data onto our bespoke CRM systems
- Providing our customers with valuable assistance both verbally and in written format
- Maintaining accurate records of customer correspondence
- Using diligence to solve what might sometimes be complex customer issues
You do not need to have specific relevant qualifications for this role, although please include these in your CV if you do. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following personal specification:
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good attention to detail with a methodical approach
- The ability to multitask and to prioritise your own tasks
- Great customer service skills
- Highly motivated and able to work as alone and as part of a team
- Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office
This role is full-time – 9.00am until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be based out of our City Centre Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
