We’re recruiting for an Events and Office Coordinator to join our client’s team, based in Mere, Wiltshire.

What You’ll Do
Events and exhibitions
- Keep the marketing assets in check and re-order supplies as needed.
- Ensure staff uniforms and exhibition clothing are on point with their branding.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for trade shows and exhibitions.
- Create “Information Packs” to keep everyone in the loop on setup requirements, schedules, contacts, and stand positions.
- Record show leads and collaborate with the Marketing team to follow up on sales opportunities.
- Manage the Events Diary to ensure the right people attend meetings and shows.
- Set-up and clear-down for in-house meetings and events, keeping on top of stock levels for refreshments and equipment.
- Provide planning and administrative support for internal and external events.
Office organisation
- Keep office and staff room stocked up and ready for use.
- Collect and distribute post daily.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area and meeting rooms, making sure they’re always stocked with relevant company literature.
- Be ready to lend a hand where needed when things get busy.
- Be a friendly voice and answer operator calls when required.
- Provide research support for exciting business development projects.
- Be the minute-taking superstar at various departmental meetings, capturing all the important details.
- Assist with invoice processing.
Marketing
- Respond to customer comments on review boards.
- Be a company ambassador when supporting the Marketing email inbox.
- Tackle general marketing admin tasks and bring your creative flair to the table.
What You’ll Get
