Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Administrator Assistant to join our brand new team based in Titchfield near Fareham .

Job Purpose

As an Administrator Assistant you will support the Operations Team in undertaking tasks which ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operations team. You will work closely with Operational Managers, providing them with a full administrative service to support them in the delivery of their role.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all internal and external communication, demonstrating professionalism and knowledge of the business.
  • Central administrator for eLogbooks, you will be the lead in this function and manage the system by inputting data and monitoring work progress.
  • Provide administrative support to the Titchfield team, related to purchase ordering, quote logs, client information forms and client record management.
  • Monitor the needs of users in WorkMobile and SalesForce systems and assist with any queries or requests for these databases.
  • Handle, resolve and record customer enquiries and queries in a timely manner.
  • Update subcontractor an other databases as necessary.
  • Proactvely liaise with management regarding purchase orders, deliveries, sales and ordering of equipment.
  • Prepare documentation for RPI/ contract renewals annually or as required.
  • Take responsibility for continued self-development via appraisal outcomes and other methods of feedback.
  • To undertake any other duties that may be required within your area of your responsibility.

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Support role.
  • Previous experince and knowledge of database and systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good customer service ethos.
  • Ability to establish and sustain good working relationships and the initiative to work alone.
  • Proactive and ability to use own initiative.
  • Practical use of MS Office suite at intermediate level.
