About the role
A well-established professional services business is looking to add an administrator to their office on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne.
This role is offered on a 3-month FTC, working 35 hours a week Monday- Friday, with flexible working available,
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous administrative experience.
About the role:
Check database and communicate with other departments regarding enquiries and review all inbound communication.
Scan documents on to the system
Inbox management
Process payments and review invoices
Data entry onto the database and keep accurate records.
About you:
Strong communicator and good people skills
Self-motivated and methodical
Previous admin or office experience
Strong attention to detail
MS Office literate
