About the role

A well-established professional services business is looking to add an administrator to their office on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne.

This role is offered on a 3-month FTC, working 35 hours a week Monday- Friday, with flexible working available,

We are keen to speak to candidates with previous administrative experience.

About the role:

  • Check database and communicate with other departments regarding enquiries and review all inbound communication.

  • Scan documents on to the system

  • Inbox management

  • Process payments and review invoices

  • Data entry onto the database and keep accurate records.

About you:

  • Strong communicator and good people skills

  • Self-motivated and methodical

  • Previous admin or office experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • MS Office literate
