Job description
Undertake day to day administraitaive duties for the company, as follows:
- Chase / follow Up on all outstanding invoices
- Manage all accounts payable records
- Update our CRM with all payment chase activities
- Forwarding overdue invoices to debt collectors where required and managing these in cooperation with the debt collectors.
- Maintain all Pre-Qualificiation Questionnaire information
- Update and Maintain our Construction Line Gold and Builders Profile Accounts.
- Undertake Marketing and Administrative tasks as requested.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
