The Service
We are looking for a team player with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, who can follow instructions and procedures without constant supervision and work flexibly to cater for the varying demands of this role.
Maintain information systems such as filing, service, client or asset records, booking systems and reference materials in a manner that ensures accuracy, confidentiality, rapid access and ease of use.
In accordance with service demands provide general office services such as photocopying, collation, fax, lamination, binding and possible reception duties. See attached job description for full details of the roles available.
Other duties appropriate to the nature, level and grade of the post.
This may suit someone looking for flexibility around their current work or home commitments or someone looking to supplement their current role with additional ad-hoc work. There are no guaranteed or set hours available, but this will be discussed with you at the point of application or please contact the team using the details below.
You will be subject to Northumberland County Council's pre-employment checking process which includes a minimum of 2 references covering the past 3 years, health clearance and proof of right to work in the UK and depending on the assignment you may be required to undertake a DBS check.
