Processing various benefits, such as Separations, Leave of Absences (LOAs), Voluntary Shared Leave, Worker's Compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).- Communicating with facility staff members in person, by phone and via email about policies and procedures regarding a benefit request and or clarification of specific benefits.
- Performing work within a Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) and using Microsoft Office software.
- Reviewing confidential documents and verifying data is complete and accurate before submission for approval.
- Performing timesheet entry with accuracy for weekly payroll and may perform other administrative duties upon request.
- Assisting with the Hiring Process, scheduling interviews, preparing employment packages, completing employee references and background checks and new hire orientation.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits with established working hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and may require working beyond normal work schedule to meet business need.

To qualify for this position, applicants must document on the application that they possess ALL of the following.
Documented knowledge of office practices and procedures.- Documented knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
