An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Health Visiting service to provide a comprehensive administrative support and facilitate the efficient delivery of services provided by the Health Visiting teams in Angus.
The successful applicant will possess an excellent knowledge of IT systems; have excellent communication skills and work well within a multidisciplinary team. The scope and range of duties are detailed within the Job Description.
You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions where appropriate, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a courteous manner using discretion and confidentiality at all time to enhance the quality of service.
The post is based at Whitehills HCCC with the ability to travel across Angus a minimum of one day per week to support Health Visitors in their bases.

This is a permanent post and the hours of work are: 30 hours per week over 4 days
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
