East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust provide services to the local community to around 500,000 people, with the regional cancer centre supporting around 2 million people. They provide care to the community with an annual budget of around £350 million and more than 5,000 staff.

What you’ll be responsible for:
· Assist with the design, development and creation of high-quality, professional training packages using a variety of modes and methodologies to create e-learning, video, audio and blended packages to be made available on the Trust’s Learning Management System, the ENH Academy
· Integrate face-to-face training and other delivery methods by setting up events and classroom sessions on the ENH Academy
· Assist in product testing and the co-ordination of end user testing, to ensure courses and content functions correctly on the varied devices that staff use
· Checking compliance and updating Statutory Mandatory training records as necessary
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Excellent communication skills
· Organised and proactive approach to their work.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Experience of working in an administrative position
