We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team of Bank workers to work at our Head Office 9-5 Monday to Friday
The post holder will contribute in driving excellence in accordance with Trust recruitment practices, Using the recruitment system and excellent candidate management skills, the post holder will provide and coordinate an effective and efficient recruitment of new recruits in line with the AFC Terms and Conditions of employment(l Agenda for Change )within the Trust.

Job Purpose

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide an excellent candidate experience to applicants embracing and in line with the Trusts values.
- Provide professional advice and support to staff and managers on recruitment and employment related matters
- The post holder is required to communicate effectively both internally and externally to the trust with managers and applicants/appointees around the, ensuring continuity and quality assuring each step of the process. Maintaining dialogue/conveying issues when they arise. The post holder is required to handle and communicate sensitive and confidential information regarding applicants
- To respond to line managers’ enquiries on all aspects of the recruitment process in a timely manner and to support them in the use of the recruitment system/tool
- To deal with all telephone and face to face enquiries promptly and efficiently, providing effective advice as appropriate
- Articulate and professional in written and oral communication
- To liaise with relevant external stakeholders e.g. Occupational Health, Home Office Immigration and Nationality Directorate, Disclosure and Barring Service
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders including HR teams, external recruitment agencies and candidates
- Promote the Trust’s reputation as a “best place to work”. Responsible for answering a variety of queries to the HR department from a diverse customer base, both internal and external, providing excellent customer service using verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver a credible customer focussed service to employees and managers, based on good quality of advice, approachability, flexibility and responsiveness
