Office assistant required for a busy and fast paced business, based in Pudsey. Working as an office admin assistant (as detailed below). This role will include picking and packing small orders such as lights, electricals and campervan furniture accessories.
Job Description:
- monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
- answer phones – take customer queries, process orders etc.
- take customer present and non-present payments
- create customer accounts and invoices
- greet customers in person and provide product information
- create courier labels
- packaging orders (approx. 1-2 hours per day)
- keep office area clean and tidy
- Willingness to help out in other departments - this could include tasks such as restocking shelves when we receive supplier deliveries

We are a predominantly automotive and leisure industry based company, but do not require applicants to have experience in these industries. Office and/or administration experience is required.
Full time or part time - either Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday. Option of overtime during busy periods.
Immediate start available.

Salary: £10.50 per hour
