We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client team based at their office in Stafford!
Our client is a leading supplier of air filtration and ventilation systems, looking to appoint an Operations Administrator to their team.
We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a permanent basis, therefore meaning you'll be employed directly by our client.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be a vital part of our client’s operation team responsible for general administration/reception duties.
These duties may vary but could see you dealing with the below:
- Assisting operations management with admin support to support the daily running of the business including scheduling appointments/meetings.
- The booking of accommodation and travel arrangements for the engineers.
- Assist with creating service reports for internal staff and customers.
- Ensure customers records and contact details are kept up to date and edit where applicable.
- Assisting with the completion of company payroll (admin side) and ensuring details are correct.
- Support various departments within the business to ensure customer satisfaction and contract fulfilment.
Pay:
£24,000 per year.
Hours:
8:00 AM till 4:30 PM - Monday to Friday.
No weekend work or out of hours work required.
The ideal candidate:
Someone with previous administration experience in a similar type of role.
