The Intelligent Automation Services Group (IASG) designs, builds, tests, and deploys Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the 13 UT System Academic and Healthcare Institutions. The Administrative Assistant will perform highly responsible secretarial work requiring considerable exercise of independent judgment and initiative within IASG. Services customer departments and internal customers in a professional and customer service focused manner.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience:
Four years of administrative/secretarial experience. With preferred degree, no experience required.
Preferred Experience:
Administrative experience, excel experience, excellent organizational skills, excellent customer service skills.
Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Key Functions
Robotic Process Automation Program Support
- Prepares, compiles, and distributes regularly scheduled reports
- Collect, compile, and maintain quarterly value achieved metrics from other UT System institutions
- Routes business agreements and services orders to UT System institutions for signature
- Works to collect DocuSign signatures, requirements for documents
- Submits requisitions to generate purchase orders for vendor contractors, licenses, service orders
- Maintains and tracks RPA licenses
- Uses excel, strong oral, and written communication to gather requirements
- Schedule and coordinate RPA Meetings, Customer Relationship Management Meetings, RPA Operating Committee.
- Prepares and distributes OC Meeting agenda and minutes
- Arrange meeting locations, catering, and equipment
- Review and edit team Kronos timecards
- Compile team timesheet reports
- Assists in maintaining IASG website with making updates to website content
- Create, edit, and format presentations
- Performs other duties as required
