MCL Telecommunications Group are currently looking for a full time Office Assistant to join our team, we require knowledge in key areas such as telephone customer service, emails and processing orders., you will have the opportunity to work in a small modern office with a friendly environment. The role is full time: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm.
Responsibilities included:
- Answering calls and emailed enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
- Deal with the customers problems/questions effectively.
- Display a thorough work ethic to ensure all issues are dealt with to a high level that meets and goes beyond the customers expectations.
- Effective liaison between yourself, customers and other members of staff to ensure co-ordination of work is maintained at maximum levels of efficiency.
- Thorough administration with spot checks to ensure accurate work is produced.
- Ensure that all orders are placed within the required time-frames with liaison between all members of staff involved.
Experience required:
- Previous employment in a telecoms customer service focused role is preferable but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills are critical
- Well organised and punctual with a great attendance record
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office

Remuneration
No industry experience starting wage - £22,500.00 per annum.
Existing industry experience starting wage - £25,000.00 per annum
Annual Bonus, company pension scheme.
