Our client are a specialised oxygen provider who have experienced extreme growth over the last few years and require additional support within their team.
The role is a fully remote role, however there will be a requirement to meet with other team members once a week within the Blandford / Dorchester / Poole area.
This role will see the successful candidate supporting the Accounts Manager, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager and the owners with general admin duties, the role will be varied and dynamic. Candidate will be largely working from home, so self motivation is essential. The company is a rapidly growing, privately owned medical gases company, who supports its staff’s development within the business.
General Duties:
- Invoicing
- Compilation of Aged Debt Report
- Assistance with credit control
- Providing cover for team’s emails and phones when in meetings and on holiday
- Data collation and entry
- Opening customer accounts and sending out contracts
- Monitoring and distributing call outs to Area Managers
- Answer customer queries
- Supporting sales mail outs
A knowledge of quickbooks is highly desirable.
You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
