Merchandising Admin Assistant
Due to our growth we're looking to expand our team with the addition of an enthusiastic and organised individual, who has a strong Administrative or Assistant experience within retail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist and support the buying and merchandising team – providing administrative and data analytic support – i.e in relation to weekly trading, range planning, materials/product, markdowns & promotions
- Raise purchase orders on the system and check packing lists
- Responsible for data entry and compilation of key data within the business
- Communicate with suppliers and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Booking, recording, and following up of actions from meetings
- Ad-hoc tasks related to critical path, supply chain management, reports and sales figures analysis amongst others
We're Looking For Someone Who Can Demonstrate:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Commercial thinking
- Computer literacy - comfortable using various systems/software, including good Excel skills
- Strong communication and team working skills
- The ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines and achieve a high level of tasks
- A drive to learn, develop and contribute towards company performance, as well as wanting to progress their own career
- Problem solving skills
