About this job
Heathlands provides day opportunities for people with profound learning and multiple disabilities. This will be a challenging and demanding role for which you will need a experience of working in a busy setting. Duties will include: providing administrative support for the management team; maintaining administrative and financial systems and procedures; recording and monitoring the information; dealing with room bookings/invoicing; reconciliation; administration of building and equipment maintenance contracts; report writing; minute-taking; ordering of stationery and supplies; correspondence; etc. The successful person needs to be an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills and must be proficient in using Word and Excel. Your commitment to working in partnership with users, their families and other agencies is essential, as is your ability to assume delegated responsibilities and make decisions.
