Job description
Kingswood Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Refunds Administrator for a growing business in the Braintree area.
Working within the finance team, this role will be managing the refund process for the team, an important and key role.
Duties will include;
- Working closely with our Customer Services and Returns departments to ensure refunds are processed and recorded correctly on internal systems
- Dealing with all refund related queries
- Calling customers to process partial Chip and Pin refunds
- Issuing of cheques to customers
- Ensuring the correct fees are applied
- Improving systems
- Assisting the wider Finance team with ad hoc queries
Ideal attributes:
- Good IT/system skills
- Accurate data entry
- Personable and able to communicate at all levels within the business
- Customer service experience
- Able to help define and roll out process improvements
- Finance administration
