Temporary Receptionist/Webchat Advisor – 2/3 months.
Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1700 and Friday, 9am – 4.30pm
My client is seeking an experienced Receptonist / Webchat Advisor to assist on a temporary basis for the duration of 2-3 months, possibly longer.
Receptionist duties will include:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors
To answer the telephone, filter calls and respond to e-mails or webchat, and forward to the appropriate person
The right candidate will also need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as a strong knowledge of ICT and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
