Our client are seeking a highly-organised and efficient accounts administrator with the interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with clients and customers to provide excellent administrative duties via email, on social media, over the phone, and face-to-face.
The individual must be able to demonstrate prioritisation of tasks, show initiative, and help the team solve issues.
The perfect candidate will have proficient IT expertise including Microsoft Word and Excel to be prepared to maintain and update company databases and project information.
As a growing business, we need a committed and focused individual, who can work alone and as part of a small team whilst maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Main duties of the role:
- Provide full administrative support to the team, and assisting the CEO with her workload.
- Maintaining and updating company databases (Excel and Google Drive and CDS)
- Supporting talent with placement agency info when to anticipate payment/updating profiles, CRM systems Assisting with managing the email accounts.
- Liaising and solving queries with B2B and B2C customers (clients) over the phone, via email, on social media, and face-to-face.
Other duties:
- Strengthen client relationships and building trust and strong long term working relationships
- Engaging in research to keep up to date with industry knowledge and advertising trends.
- Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues in a positive manner.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance at every stage in the process.
- Be a brand ambassador for the company.
- Continually ensuring that animal welfare is the top priority.
- Providing support and advice to clients and managing all queries.
- Organising the logistics of transport, accommodation, and anything else necessary for the project
Required Skills:
- PC literate
- Fully competent using Excel
- Excellent communication skills - on email, phone and face to face
- Self-motivated and a 'can do' problem solving attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure, and be responsive to change
- Decisiveness and conflict resolution
- Both a team player and confident working independently
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and time management skills
- Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, briefs and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Salary: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
