IVH is currently offering the opportunity for an apprentice to gain valuable experience and develop a number of key skills that will help you to pursue a career in Human Resources and Health and Safety.
You will work in a busy People, Tech and Innovation department providing day to day administration to assist in the implementation of people policies, as well as supporting the health and safety of our employees.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your new workplace skills and gain valuable experience in an organisation committed to your professional and personal success.
We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in HR and Health & Safety. You will have a “can do” attitude, be methodical, well organised and have good attention to detail along with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
You will have excellent communication and prioritising skills and be a great team player!
We will provide you with valuable on the job training and a development program, working alongside skilled and experienced colleagues to help develop your knowledge, experience and skills.
You will have the opportunity to participate in a supportive environment and develop the required behaviours, knowledge and professional skills through the attainment of both a nationally recognised Apprenticeship framework, which will comprise 20% of your off the job study and training along with on the job training, so that you can learn and grow.
