Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid/Remote Working)
Location: Manchester City Centre
We are a law firm in Manchester City Centre, seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and uploading legal cases to a portal for funding, as well as other administrative and legal tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading legal cases to a portal for funding
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assisting with client communication and managing calendars
- Liaising with other departments and colleagues as required
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with remote or hybrid working arrangements
- Background in law or administration is preferred
