Job description
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Our client is a Forklift rental company who is looking for someone to join their expanding office team. One of the key requirements of this position is good grammatical and punctuation skill as part of the role will be to proof read reports and contracts before they are sent to clients.
Responsibilities
- Booking in transport
- Obtaining transport prices
- Obtaining details from customers of what truck they require
- How long they want to hire for
- Opening up contracts
- Database input
- Making sure customers are charged for correct dates
- Invoice prep
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent grammar and punctuation skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: Starting £13ph
