We're in search of motivated individuals ready to support our dedicated healthcare professionals as Administrators. This is an opportunity to contribute to the seamless running of our services, across Primary Care, Secondary Care, and Social Care settings.
In these roles, you'll manage office tasks, assist with patient relations, and ensure efficient administrative processes. We welcome all levels of experience and provide comprehensive training, so whether you're new to the field or an experienced professional, we have a place for you!
Responsibilities:
- Managing patient records and scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and addressing patient queries
- Supporting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks
- Ensuring all information is accurately recorded and kept confidential
- Providing a warm welcome to all visitors and patients
Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office
- A dedication to patient care and confidentiality
- Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
