We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, organizing files, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organise and maintain files and records.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Greet visitors and provide general information about the company.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,437.00-£21,887.00 per year
