Job description
Temporary role as Office Admin for one year to cover maternity leave.
The role is very varied, and the candidate should ideally be organised, detailed, focused and adaptable and have a good working knowledge of Excel.
Main duties include:
· Reception duties including answering phones, taking deliveries, opening mail
· Scheduling meetings and appointments – update calendars
· Coordinating travel arrangements including accommodation
· Maintaining and ordering office supplies and stationery
· Filing, storage and retrieval of documents
· Meet and greet visitors – arrange lunches etc
· Creating production fab packs for projects
· Tower improvement drawings
· Assisting and producing galv notes
· Assisting in general tasks in production
Hours: 36 hours Monday to Friday
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £14,705.56-£28,338.40 per year
