Here in GXO Brinklow, MK, we’re working together with Waitrose and are on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office. You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ shift pattern, rotating between the hours of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
  • Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
  • Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPIs
  • Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previous experience in transport function within logistics beneficial but not essential
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
  • IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
