Henley House are now seeking an Administrator to provide an administrative service for the Registered Manager and team.
What you’ll be doing
As the Administrator of the home you will: Deal with general, telephone enquiries and correspondence and administrative matters, be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets, general filing, photocopying and organisation of systems, and support the Registered Manager with Recruitment Advertising.
What you’ll need
Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties, strong organizational and communication skills, professional and confident telephone manner.
