Job Types: Permanent, Full Time.
Salary: 21,000
Hours: Mon - Fri, no weekends. 40 hours per week. Flexible shift times - 9:00am - 5:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00pm.
Duties -
- Appointment booking.
- Diary management.
- Telephone and email correspondence.
- Cash flow management.
- Provide an efficient and professional service to clients and clinical staff.
- Stock control.
- General administrative tasks as required.
Required criteria -
- Must have previous experience in an administrative role.
- Confident using a computer device.
- Have knowledge of using Microsoft Excel/Google sheets.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Able to commute to Sheffield, S10.
