Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our General manager and Trustees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are offering flexi-time to help fit around other commitments such as childcare and school runs
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Manage all email inquiries and respond or pass them on to relent Staff or trustees.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and bookings.
Maintain filing systems and databases.
Provide administrative support to other departments.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Organise office operations and procedures.
Ensure the accuracy of data entry.
Have a good knowledge of social media.
Updating websites experience
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
