Job description
Test administrators are responsible for all aspects of testing including scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, exam security, and proctoring.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s degree.
- Proctor Certification for CLEP and PearsonVue or the ability and eligibility to quickly obtain after hire .
Proctors must also certify annually.Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate ability in use of MSOffice software (Word, Excel); including the ability to create graphs, charts and reports.
- Certification Testing and monitoring experience.
- Check in test takers and assure the rules and regulations of Forsyth Tech have been followed.
- Monitor on-going tests to ensure test takers are complying with test rules.
- Monitor security cameras for suspicious activity.
- Adhere to PearsonVue guidelines and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and report problems with PearsonVue
- Troubleshoot and report issues with computer hardware.
- Compile statistics for Testing Center usage.
- Produce reports as required.
- Be proficient in using computer software.
- Be proficient in handling phone messages and conversations.
- Understand importance of privacy and integrity in administering computer exams.
