DESCRIPTION
We are a medium-sized property design & management company looking for an Administration Assistant to provide general administrative support to the company director and the property manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative/secretarial support.
- Maintain the upkeep of the office.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Create and modify documents such as tenancy agreements, invoices, reports, letters etc.
- Process payments.
- Assist with managing electronic & paper property files.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office & Internet.
- Numeracy.
- Organised and methodical approach to work, attention to detail.
- Ability to take instruction and also work on your own initiative.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Responsible and accountable.
- Positive attitude.
The successful candidate should be well presented, enthusiastic, organised and have a genuine interest in the property industry.
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri, usually between 9.00am to 6.00pm.
Saturdays – some limited hours.
To start with, this job could be on a part time basis and then develops to full time.
