Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Support Team Administrator to join the Subsea Product Line Team based in Aberdeen.
Overall Purpose of the Job
Responsible for ensuring that administrative support is given to workshop maintenance team in a timely manner and in line with maintenance standards, Company’s policies and procedures.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Create Maintenance Work Orders (MWOs) for Subsea Workshop, having firstly established equipment availability and appropriate status (within SAP).
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is processed, post completion, in line with the Subsea Maintenance , Standards and Controls.
- Perform upload of completed maintenance documentation in to designated electronic folders within online system (Docucert), prior to review by Certification Team. This may involve scanning hard copy documents and/or dealing with electronic documentation packs.
- Manage the creation and issue of rework Purchase Orders, as directed and requested by internal customers.
- Manage priorities in line with business requirements.
- To provide cover during periods of absence; to ensure all business requirements are met
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery of maintenance certification
- Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Takes an active part in quality improvement processes and takes responsibility and accountability for own safety and safety of others. Follow the House Rules.
- Identify areas of integration / efficiency Improvement with the department
- Any other activities as required by the Support Supervisor
- Deputise for other team members as and when required.
- Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Docucert, SAP and MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role
