Summary:
- 9am - 3pm (Monday to Friday)
- Office based.
- 18 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy and fast-paced team. You will be responsible for completing various administration tasks as well as responding to incoming calls and emails and supporting the wider team.
Experience in a fabrication, procurement administration setting is preferred.
The Role
- Maintaining a shared Inbox
- Time sheets, pensions, PAYE, NI, and associated admin tasks
- Corresponding with others on a day-to-day basis
- Providing assistance and support to other Team Members
- Raise Purchase Orders against Purchase Requisition Form
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails.
- General office duties such as buying office supplies, dealing with visitors, post and telephone calls etc
- Support with ad-hoc administration that is needed in other areas of the business.
- Respond to routine enquiries in person, by telephone, email or correspondence.
- Manage purchase orders and customer invoicing
- Refer more complex or detailed queries to appropriate colleague.
- Support in business growth and development
- Respond to tender Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
- Support project specific work

- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Experienced using Microsoft Platforms: Outlook, Word and Excel and Fabrication ERP system
- Experience with Sage important
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £16,000.00-£18,500.00 per year
