Job description
Producer/Creative Director looking for someone to oversee and help with project management, day-to-day tasks to support business management such as revising and sending contracts, submitting invoices, scheduling calls with clients and managing email correspondence.
A creative background is not required but preferred!
This job will require about 4-6 hours of work per week and is mostly remote on your schedule. There will be occasions where errands or pickups are needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be very detail oriented, self-disciplined and prompt
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as data entry and document management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must know and work with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Bonus if you have a creative background
- An understanding of marketing and advertising is preferred
- Previous experience in a content production role is preferred but not required
