Residential Leasehold Administrator – Angel – £30,000 to £55,000 per annum
My client, a well-established property investment and development firm with an excess of 1000 residential and commercial properties, are currently seeking a Residential Leasehold Administrator to join their Residential Leasehold Property Management team in London.
You’ll be responsible for providing support to the Leasehold Property Management team and ensuring all communication and correspondence with suppliers, clients and third parties is handled in a highly professional manner.
Duties:
- Assist departments with managing the email inbox and liaise with tenants as required
- Issue documentation from leaseholders and solicitors
- Support finance and credit control with taking card payments and ensure data is accurate
- Maintain regular and ongoing communication with solicitors and on site contractors
- Raising POs and updating tenant information
- Ensure health and safety measures are in place and updating the database system
- Provide general admin support to the team
- Analysing and interpreting service charge data on Excel spreadsheets
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least 2 years’ leasehold administration or residential property administration experience
- Highly organised team player and fast learner
- Problem solver with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and highly adaptable
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and an understanding of service charge data
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
