We are looking to recruit a highly organised individual who is proficient in a range of software programmes such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word. The successful candidate will have advanced typing skills, excellent attention to detail and can cope well under pressure. Experience of minute taking, and transcribing minutes is also desirable.
The post will be based within Purbeck Local Office where you will be working alongside a team of multi-disciplinary professionals, providing admin support to our Community Teams, focusing mostly on patient dedicated administrative tasks as well as being a key part of helping the teams run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

The successful applicant may be required to travel across the Locality therefore a car driver is essential for this post.
Induction to the trust and appropriate orientation will be given to the successful candidate.
To provide a friendly, safe and efficient administrative and office systems service to support the delivery of excellent patient care.
To ensure that patients and contacts with the service are dealt with in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner and to help ensure that the patient’s experience is positive.
To deal with confidential, contentious and urgent material proactively in a sensitive and appropriate manner, exercising analytical skills and sound judgement.
Work as part of an efficient and professional team.
To work systematically and develop communication networks that contributes effectively to the service provided.
This is a full-time post of 37.5hpw working within the 8am to 5pm service hours, part-time hours could be considered.
Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
