Job description
We are looking for an admin assistant who can work approximately 20-25hours per week. This would include one Saturday in every three weeks.
- Answer customer queries via telephone or email promptly in a professional manner
- Accurately record and log all interaction with customers and update account information as and when necessary and able to retrieve this information to create reports for management
- Work with management to maintain and promote best practice for effective communication with customers
- Update customers to address issues such as returns, wrong or delayed delivery to inform customers
- Reconciling payments
- Using bespoke software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Recording and processing orders
- Onboarding new customer accounts
- Credit control
- Working on Saturdays on a periodic basis
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal/non verbal and listening
- Working to a high standard of accuracy
- Being able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Flexibility in working hours/days is essential
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
- Problem solving
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary: From £9,828.00 per year
