Bookings Coordinator & Administrator

Custom Glaze is a small, local business which prides itself on its customer service.
We are looking for someone who shares this customer focused mind set, and is willing to become a valued and committed member of a small team.
Your responsibilities will cover the following, but may change to reflect the business needs:
· Answering calls and arranging visits.
· Preparing quotations for service repair work.
· Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers.
· New order processing.
· Scheduling installation dates with customers.
· General administration and data entry to the customer database.
· Scanning and uploading onto customer data base.
· Taking deliveries
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
· Be exceptionally well organised.
· Have an excellent telephone manor to liaise with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
· Be competent with Microsoft Office.
· Have experience with inbound and outbound telephone calls.
· Experience of working within a small office team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
