Administrative Assistant

CR Smith has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to work at our head office in Dunfermline. Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to directors, managers and employees through a variety of tasks.
You should have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters and emails.
- Order office supplies.
- Carry our administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning.
- Organise travel arrangements for senior managers.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Administrative Assistant requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.

Salary: £21k - £24k per annum
