Office Administrator with HR experience
Cookery School at Little Portland Street is one of London’s leading cooking schools. With a focus on sustainability and education, we endeavour to demystify cooking, removing jargon and celebrating good home cooking skills. Our kitchen is run with the environment in mind, so we only use high quality, sustainable, primarily organic ingredients and equipment that can be found in most home kitchens.
We are looking for a person to join the Cookery School team who has experience as an administrator. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 8 years experience, be confident on the phone, ability to work to tight deadlines with good Microsoft Office and strong multi tasking skills. Responsible for scheduling staff rotas, updating and managing staff files, ad hoc administration, liaising with clients over the telephone and in person. Ability to work within a small but friendly team and muck in.
Every day at Cookery School is interesting and different with new challenges arising regularly so an ability to prioritise tasks and a flexible approach is essential to the job. A keen interest in food and sustainability are prerequisites. You will be joining a small established and friendly team who are extremely supportive of one another.

Requirements:
· Good communication skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Good telephone manner
· Discreet and professional
HR experience is essential
You will need to be:
· Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
· Efficient, highly organised with good multi-tasking skills
· Possess a strong sense of urgency
· A team player
