WANTED! Admin Assistant In Greater Manchester.
Wages: £20,500 Per Year
Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
Shift and schedule: Home working - Monday to Friday 09AM-5PM.
CML Plumbing and Heating are currently seeking an Admin Assistant. The role will involve job management, answering inbounds calls, customer service, social media management, invoicing, quotes and outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will be conscientious, organised, proactive, disciplined and reliable. Also the ideal candidate must have previous experience in a previous administrative role and have experience using Apple computer equipment. Some knowledge of plumbing and heating systems are an added bonus, but is not mandatory as training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other office events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, emails and forms
- Transcribe, proofread, and edit documents as needed
- Maintain engineer inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying and scanning
- Managing company social media profiles and posting new content
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in using Apple computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Discretion with confidential information
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Conscientious, motivated, proactive and disciplined
