£23,464 per annum pro rata (£15,854)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Administrator to join our Governance and Regulation Team at St Asaph.
The purpose of the post will be to assist the Governance and Complaints Manager in managing the Group’s Compliments, Concerns and Complaints system. You will provide the first point of contact to help resolve concerns. You will be customer focused, responsive, objective, fair and proactively look for solutions and improvements.
You should possess GCSE A to C grade, HNC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration. You should also have excellent Microsoft Office skills and preferably some experience of working in complaints processing.
