Clear Legal Marketing brokers relationships between parties using technological advancements within a variety of systems to pave innovative gateways that create successful business operations for our clients. Our vast experience across various sectors gives us the unique ability to provide holistic advice on many legal matters ranging from financial services to consumer claims. We also provide our staff with modern offices near Deansgate, and a Health and Wellbeing Coach who runs biweekly PT sessions and various challenges throughout the week in our newly renovated Wellness Room.
We are looking for an Admin & Sales Assistants to join our successful Financial Mis selling Claims Team as part of Clear Legal Marketing.
The successful candidate will be required to work within the Financial Mis selling Claims Team and process & chase a large volume of claims.
The role will involve:
· Liaising with our clients and lenders to ensure our claims reach the correct decision in good time
· Submitting our clients claims via email and online claims portals
· Updating clients on the claim process
· Assisting with collection of our costs
· Working with the Financial Ombudsman
· Advising our clients on the correct route for their claim
· Dealing with our client’s day to day queries
· Ensuring our clients provide all supporting evidence for their claim
· Ensuring our clients complete the sign-up process correctly
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team but apply their own initiative to meet individual and team targets. They will also be eager to learn, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable taking and receiving phone calls from both our clients and the companies we work with.
Previous experience within a Claims Management Company or litigation environment is not necessary.
Full training will be given to the successful applicant.

COVID-19 considerations:
We have adopted a hybrid working where employees work from home 2-4 days a week, sanitiser is provided throughout the office and the office is regularly cleaned and disinfected.
