Salary: £20,972 – £21,404 (pro rata for part time)
Contract: 37 hours per week - permanent
Location: South Bristol Skills Academy - with some travel to other sites

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Learning Support administration team to provide a high level of support to all learners, staff and external agencies. The role is full time and based at our South Bristol Skills Academy centre with some travel to other sites.

About the role:
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally. You will need to have the ability to oversee large system processes as well as having a good eye for detail. This role is responsible for tracking and processing EHCPs, applications and undertaking general administrative tasks within the Dept.
