Join our Dynamic Team as an Office Coordinator
Location: Mayfair
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm
Basic salary: £25,000 + 5 % commission
As an Office Coordinator / Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for various tasks, including being the welcoming face of our office and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. In addition, you will support the Sales team by managing incoming calls, handling general administrative duties, and assisting with the anti-money laundering processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for new applicants and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they step through our doors
- Inspire and motivate our team to maintain impeccable office standards, ensuring a pristine and inviting workspace
- Keeping track of key movements via our efficient key log and RPS system
- Take charge of booking viewings for our negotiators, showcasing our exceptional properties even in their absence
- Play a vital role in booking market appraisals, laying the foundation for successful property transactions
- Uploading captivating photos, floor plans, and Energy Performance certificates to our systems
- Be the gatekeeper of accuracy by uploading Land Registry records and meticulously verifying information
- Carrying out thorough anti-money laundering checks and verifying identification from relevant parties
