Administration Assistant

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our small team.

37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30 £10.42ph

Reporting to Business Support Manager / Managing Director.

To be considered you must be confident in the following:

· Front of house / reception – Superb attitude in greeting visitors, relatives, and professionals. Escorting them to residents or staff members.

· Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, taking messages, and passing calls to relevant departments.

· Microsoft Word, excel and other office programs.

· Multi-tasking and organization.

· Team work and using initiative.

Other experience desirable:

· Have some experience with marketing or are willing to learn.

· Have some experience with recruitment or are willing to learn.

Uniform and name badge provided.

Must have had 2+ covid-19 vaccinations.

We maintain appropriate PPE use to keep the residents and staff in our home safe. Must have had both doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Job Types: Permanent

Part-time hours: 37.5per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
